The following Terms of Use apply to areas of the odopod.com website (the "Website") that allow users to post content ("User Generated Content"), including without limitation blog comments and content created through the OdoSketch application on this website.

You agree that your registration for, access to, and participation on the blog or the OdoSketch application is subject to the following Terms of Use, the odopod.com Terms of Use, and applicable law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and odopod.com Terms of Use, these Terms of Use will govern.

Odopod does not prescreen User Generated Content. Odopod retains the rights but not the responsibility to edit or remove any User Generated Content or terminate your account for any reason its sole discretion.

Registration Instructions

You must become a registered user ("Registrant") in order to post User Generated Content to a Forum. You can register at http://sketch.odopod.com. Registrants must create a user ID and password in order to create and access accounts through which they can participate in creating any user-generated content on http://sketch.odopod.com.

Minors

You must be at least 13 years of age to become a Registrant. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your guardian's permission to use or post on this website.

Legal

• Odopod Rights to Your Posting. Your User Generated Content is not confidential or proprietary. You grant to Odopod a non-exclusive, non-revocable, worldwide, perpetual right to use your User Generated Content in any manner or media now or later known without limitation including but not limited to the right to sublicense and assign and commercialize without any compensation due to you.

You also acknowledge that by providing you with the ability to access, view and/or post User Generated Content on the website, Odopod is merely acting as a passive conduit for such distribution and is not undertaking any obligation or liability relating to any User Generated Content or activities of Registrants or users on the website.
• Copyright Infringement. If your work has been copied and posted on the Website in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify Odopod immediately.
• Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Odopod, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of this website.
